PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system for raising-seedling facilities in which transpiration of the moisture from a leaf is suppressed to promote the growth of roots.SOLUTION: A bench stand 10 on which a raising seedling bench 20 is placed, and an air conditioner 30 for adjusting the temperature of a seedling 3 are installed inside a raising seedling room 2. The bench stand 10 is constituted by a closed duct whose upper surface for placing the raising seedling bench 20 is formed by a radiation panel 11.
