The present invention relates to a novel endocytic motif, and more particularly, to fusion polypeptides comprising the motif expressed by an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1 and protein transduction domains, to a pharmaceutical composition comprising the fusion polypeptides for the prevention or treatment of cancer, and to a cancer treatment method comprising a step of administering the composition. According to the present invention, an endocytosis of c-Met may be specifically inhibited to effectively suppress an HGF/c-Met signaling pathway relating to the transfer and growth of a variety of cancer cells, thereby inhibiting metastasis, infiltration, angiogenesis and vascular growth with respect to cancer cells. Therefore, the composition of the present invention may be valuably used as an anticancer agent for various types of cancer.La présente invention concerne un nouveau motif endocytique et, plus particulièrement, des polypeptides de fusion comprenant le motif exprimé par une séquence dacides aminés de séquence numéro 1 et des domaines de transduction de protéine. Linvention porte en outre sur une composition pharmaceutique comprenant lesdits polypeptides de fusion dans la prévention ou le traitement du cancer, ainsi que sur une méthode de traitement du cancer comprenant une étape dadministration de ladite composition.
