The present invention relates to a composition for preventing and treating cancer-related fatigue, characterized by containing a new processed ginseng powder or a new processed ginseng extract having an increased amount of a ginsenoside constituent, which was previously minute, by preparing a saponin-decomposing enzyme and subsequently using hydrolysis by the prepared saponin-decomposing enzyme and an organic acid. The composition according to the present invention can be very effectively used for preventing and treating cancer-related fatigue, the most destructive and universal side effect, which is caused by cancer itself or occurs in association with the treatment of cancer.La présente invention concerne une composition permettant de prévenir et traiter la fatigue liée au cancer caractérisée en ce quelle contient une nouvelle poudre de ginseng traitée ou un nouvel extrait de ginseng traité comprenant une quantité augmentée dun constituant de ginsénoside, qui était auparavant minuscule, par la préparation dune enzyme de décomposition de saponine puis au moyen dune hydrolyse par lenzyme de décomposition de saponine préparée et un acide organique. La composition selon la présente invention peut être efficacement utilisée pour prévenir et traiter la fatigue liée au cancer, leffet secondaire le plus destructeur et universel, qui est causée par le cancer lui-même ou qui apparaît conjointement avec le traitement du cancer.본 발명은 사포닌 분해효소를 제조한 후 제조된 사포닌 분해효소와 유기산에 의한 가수분해를 이용하여 미량의 진세노사이드 성분이 증가된 신규한 가공인삼분말 또는 가공인삼추출물 함유함을 특징으로 하는 암 관련 피로의 예방 및 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 조성물은 암 자체로 인해 발생하거나 암의 치료와 관련하여 나타나는 가장 파괴적이고 보편적 부작용인 암 관련 피로의 예방 및 치료에 매우 효과적으로 사용될 수 있다.
