The present invention relates to novel substituted benzene disulfonamides, as well as pharmaceutical compositions containing at least one of these substituted benzene disulfonamides together with at least one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, excipient and/or diluent. Said substituted benzene disulfonamides are binding to the prenyl binding pocket of PDE6δ and therefore, are useful for the prophylaxis and treatment of cancer by inhibition of the binding of PDE6δ to farnesylated Ras proteins and thereby, inhibition of oncogenic Ras signaling in cells.La présente invention concerne de nouveaux benzènedisulfonamides ainsi que des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant au moins un de ces benzènedisulfonamides substitués, conjointement avec au moins un porteur, un excipient et/ou un diluant pharmaceutiquement acceptable. Selon l'invention, les nouveaux benzènedisulfonamides substitués se lient à la poche de liaison prényle de PDE6δ et sont par conséquent utiles pour la prophylaxie et le traitement du cancer par inhibition de la liaison de PDE6δ à des protéines Ras farnésylées, ce qui permet d'inhiber la signalisation de Ras oncogène dans des cellules.
