PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus in which a sliding surface such as an undersurface of a joystick and a top surface of a base in contact with the sliding surface during use are not damaged, even when excessive impact is applied to a measurement body unit and the base in a state where the measurement body unit is locked to the base.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus has such a configuration that when locking a measurement body unit to the base, when a locking knob 117 is lowered downward and then a locking shaft 118 is lowered, a cam 119 is rotated around a cam shaft 121 and a distance from the cam shaft 121 to a tip of the cam 119 is made larger than a distance from the cam shaft 121 to a top face 130 of a body movement unit during unlocking, and thus, the front part of the measurement body unit is lifted upward, and a sliding surface 128 below a joystick 106 is made to retreat to a position apart from a top surface of a sliding plate 129 on a base.
