PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide steamed noodles coated with a seasoning liquid, making a nice-smelling baking flavor by heating in a microwave oven compatible with a smooth texture of just boiled raw noodles.SOLUTION: The top surface of a lump of steamed noodles is coated with a whipped seasoning liquid obtained by dissolving a reducing sugar activating an aminocarbonylation reaction by being heated, and gelatin as a gelling agent in a seasoning liquid containing a protein hydrolyzate and heating, and then whipping while cooling.
