PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jelly beverage in which separation between oil and jelly is not caused when the jelly beverage is stored for a long period of time or when the jelly beverage is drunk, and which is easy to drink and has high oil content.SOLUTION: The jelly beverage contains 5-30 mass% oil and fat, a gelatinizer and water and has 1,000-20,000 N/m2 hardness. The oil and fat is powdered oil and fat-derived oil and fat.
