PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent shoulder straps from being easily loosened from a back pad.SOLUTION: The posture correcting belt includes: the back pad 1 a reinforcing mesh part 2 on the upper surface of the back pad 1, having upper strap insertion windows 11a and 11b, center strap insertion windows 12a and 12b and lower strap insertion windows 13a and 13b the shoulder straps 3a and 3b fixed to the lower part of the back pad 1 to project from the upper belt insertion windows 11a and 11b, passing over the shoulders and passing through the armpits respectively, returning from the center belt insertion window 12a and 12b and projecting from the lower belt insertion windows 13a and 13b when the posture correcting belt is worn and chest straps 4a and 4b fixed to the lower part of the back pad 1 to be wound around the chest when the posture correcting belt is worn.
