An endoscopic fluid control apparatus (30) includes a cylinder (43) which is attachable to an attachment part (41) attached to an endoscope (10), and includes a first channel (58) which transfers fluid to an insertion channel (25) of the endoscope (10), a piston (45) which is set on the cylinder (43) and includes a valve part (77) movable relative to the cylinder (43) between a position where the first channel (58) is opened relative to the insertion channel (25) and a position where the first channel (58) is closed relative to the insertion channel (25), a connection port part (36) for connecting a fluid tube (39), and a second channel (81, 82) which transfers the fluid from the connection port part (36) to the insertion channel (25), an elastic member (60) which holds the piston (45) to be movable relative to the cylinder (43) between the position where the first channel (58) is closed and the position where the first channel (58) is opened, a first engagement part (121, 122) which engages the piston (45) and the elastic member (60) with each other so as not to rotate about an axis of movement of the piston (45), and a second engagement part (141, 143) which engages the cylinder (43) and the elastic member (60) with each other so as not to rotate about an axis of movement of the cylinder (43).The piston (45) includes the valve part (77), a connection port part (36), and the second channel (81, 82).
