An internal tissue trimming and suction device, comprising: an insertion structure, a vibrating handle (2) provided with an inner tube (21) and a high-frequency vibration source (22), a negative pressure device, and an electrical control device (4). The insertion structure comprises a main body portion (11) and a trimming portion (12), wherein the main body portion and dissecting portion are formed as a single-layered tube. A front end of the main body portion (11) is connected to the trimming portion (12), and a rear end is connected to the vibrating handle (2). A front end of the inner tube (21) communicates with an internal cavity of the insertion structure. The negative pressure device comprises a negative pressure tube (31), a vacuum pump (32), and a fluid storage container (33). A rear end of the inner tube (21) is connected to the negative pressure tube (31). The negative pressure tube (31) is connected to the vacuum pump (32). The vacuum pump (32) is connected to the fluid storage container (33) via a pipe. The electrical control device (4) is electrically connected to a high-frequency vibration source (22) and the vacuum pump (32). A surface of the trimming portion (12) is provided with a suction opening (7). The suction opening (7) communicates with the internal cavity of the insertion structure. The suction opening (7) is provided with a plurality of trimming lines (8). When the high-frequency vibration source (22) actuates a high-frequency vibration of the trimming portion (12), the trimming line (8) trims, under the vibration, a human tissue. The negative pressure device operates to suck the tissue into the suction opening (7).
