PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dyeing method of human hair having low skin irritation and low allergic properties, showing a maintainable and stable color developing characteristic even when applied repeatedly without damaging the hair, and capable of dyeing the hair so as to have various color tones.SOLUTION: In this dyeing method of human hair, the human hair is dyed by applying thereto a photosensitive hair dye with pH of 1-5, containing one or two or more kinds of silver salts selected from a group comprising silver sulfate, silver lactate and silver citrate, wherein the silver salt content is 0.01-2 mass% in the whole hair dye, and thereafter a composition for hair treatment and hair dyeing is applied thereto, which contains a basic dye and/or an HC dye, one or two or more kinds of cationic surfactants selected from a group comprising an alkylamine compound, a quaternized ammonium compound and an amideamine-based compound, and oxyacid.
