THE PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED BY THE PRESENT INVENTION IS TO PROVIDE A TECHNIQUE TO SUPPRESS BITTERNESS OF THE COFFEE BEVERAGE. THE PRESENT INVENTION PROVIDES A COFFEE BEVERAGE CONTAINING NIACIN AND CAFFEINE, IN WHICH A CAFFEINE CONTENT PER 100 G OF BEVERAGE IS 50 MG OR HIGHER AND A NIACIN/CAFFEINE WEIGHT RATE IS 0.005 OR HIGHER, INCLUDING A CACAO-DERIVED EXTRACT.
