PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed that allows its posture to be changed into a flat posture, a back lifting posture, and a knee lifting posture similarly to a general care bed when a wheelchair is united with the bed, a method for uniting the bed, and method for separating the same.SOLUTION: A wheelchair 9 includes: a seating portion 15 configured by freely bendably connecting a chair back support member and a chair leg support member connected to each other by link members a chair support member 14 for supporting the seating portion a chair base portion 13 for securing the chair support member and running wheels 12 for supporting the chair base portion. A bed body 10, which is united with the wheelchair and constitutes a bed 11, includes: a bed surface portion 17 configured by freely bendably connecting a plurality of divided members a bed surface support member 18 for supporting the bed surface portion and a bed base portion 19 for securing the bed surface support member.
