PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that although there is a wheelchair by a conventional technology in which a backrest, a lower limb support part, a chair part, etc. serve as a horizontal support base, transfer from a bed to the wheelchair can be made simply by changing a direction in a face-up position, and, conversely, return to the bed from the wheelchair can be made smoothly, a user of such a machine is limited to a person who needs bed rest, etc. and such a machine is expensive because of its good performance, which result in that it is not used in everyday life much.SOLUTION: A wheelchair is devised to allow a seat to be moved forward and backward by installing rails under the seat of the wheelchair, and with the movement, a footrest descends to the floor to become flat so that the transfer can be performed easily.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来の技術には背凭れ部、下肢支持部、椅子部等が水平支持台になり、仰臥位で向きを変えるだけでベッドから車椅子に移乗でき、反対にスムースにベッドに戻れる物があるがこの様な機械は安静が要求される人等、使用する人は限られているし、良い機械だけに高価であり、毎日の生活ではあまり使用しない。【解決手段】車椅子の座席の下にレールを設置する事で、座席が前後に移動する事が出来、移動に伴って足載せ台が床まで降りてフラットになり移乗が楽に出来るように工夫した。【選択図】図1
