Driving wheels are arranged at the lower part of the main body part. The main body part includes various controllers and one or more motors and parts. The rotary member is vertically installed on the upper part of the main body part. The rotary member rotates on the basis of the torque from a direction conversion motor and a gear. The rotary type seat member is integrated with a back frame and is spaced apart from the upper part of the main body part.
