The present invention relates to an embedding therapy tool which performs a guide function of positioning several ropes or knots or preliminary knots formed in the ropes and inserting the ropes or the knots or preliminary knots into the inside of tissues, so that a surgery can be performed with the ropes or the ropes having the knots or preliminary knots without making the diameter of a needle larger. The present invention provides the embedding therapy tool including: the needle which may be inserted into a human body or the inside of the tissues such that an embedding surgery can be performed and the ropes which may be inserted into the human body or the inside of the tissues through the needle to maintain the pulled condition of the tissues or the muscles, wherein the needle includes a handle, and a tubular needle body coupled to the handle.
