The present invention relates to an embedding treatment which includes a forming of a knot in the beginning and the end of the site of the surgical procedure with an inserted rope in a body tissue through a needle while performing the embedding treatment and forming a net in between the knots thereby improving the lifting of the body tissue and enhancing the surgical operation result. The present invention comprises a needle which has an immersion tube which forms rope hole and sharp part in the front side and handle in the back side in order to be inserted inside the body tissue a rope which lifts the body tissue by remaining in the inner side of the body tissue after being inserted inside the body tissue though the needle with combining with the needle. The rope comprises an insertion partwhich is inserted in the rope hole which is formed in the immersion tube of the needle an exposed part which is exposed in the rope hole.
