The present invention relates to a method for preparing boiled salt comprising B.E.M dendropanax morbifera. To this end, the present invention comprises the processes of: dissolving bay salt in mineral water and producing the condensed salt water enabling the condensed salt water to be filtered to remove foreign substances controlling salinity (28-30) of the purified condensed salt water mixing a condensed liquid produced by putting leaves of a dendropanax morbifera into the mineral water to be steamed and the B.E.M condensed liquid with the condensed salt water to be fermented boiling the mixed liquid with wood fire to evaporate moisture to produce salt crystals and collecting the crystalline salts to naturally be dried. Boiled salt comprising B.E.M dendropanax morbifera is pure salt having no foreign substances, can contribute to supplement of minerals which are insufficient for a human body and improves energy which is insufficient for the human body.
