PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber belt-like bag body, easy in its manufacture, effectively preventing a puncture, even if fluid is not continuously supplied. SOLUTION: This rubber belt-like bag body 1 has a rubber belt-like body 4 having a slit-like nonadhesive zone 3 supplied and discharged with fluid, and reinforcing cloth 5 for surrounding the periphery of the rubber belt-like body 4. In the rubber belt-like bag body, the reinforcing cloth 5 for surrounding the periphery of the rubber belt-like body 4 is formed of at least two layers, and an airtight rubber layer 8 of 0.5 mm or more is arranged between reinforcing cloth 5a of the innermost layer and reinforcing cloth 5b of the next layer.
