To provide a demand prediction device capable of being more simply introduced, a demand prediction method and a computer program.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a demand prediction device includes a communication part, a heat demand acquisition part, a weather information acquisition part, a weather forecasting part, and a demand prediction part. The communication part is directly connected to a the heat demand amount calculation device for acquiring a heat demand amount of a facility of a prediction object. The heat demand acquisition part acquires heat demand information showing the heat demand amount of the facility from the heat demand amount calculation device. The weather information acquisition part acquires weather information showing weather in the neighborhood of an own device. The weather forecasting part acquires weather forecasting information showing a forecast of weather information.
