[MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] When a life-saving support device (1) receives a life-saving support request to supply a defibrillator (3) from a terminal (2) of an aiding person, the life-saving support device specifies the defibrillator (3) installed within the range of a predetermined distance from the terminal (2) and transmits a request for originating of an emergency signal. In response to the request, the defibrillator originates the emergency signal. When the third party who notices the emergency signal takes the defibrillator, navigation information which guides the third party to the aiding person is transmitted to the defibrillator to deliver the defibrillator (3) to the aiding person.
