According to the present invention, the device for manufacturing dried laver includes: a supply unit including multiple supply nozzles supplying base material laver in which water and laver are mixed to a bamboo blind tray； a dry unit drying the base material laver supplied from the supply unit and producing the dried laver； a separation unit separating the dried laver produced by the dry unit from the bamboo blind； a collection unit collecting the dried laver separated by the separation unit with the dried laver produced by the same supply nozzle； a sorting unit measuring the weight of the dried laver collected by the collection unit and sorting the laver of good quality from defective laver by using the measured weight； and a control unit sorting the laver of good quality from defective layer by comparing the weight of the dried laver measured by the sorting unit to a reference weight and calculating an average weight with respect to the weight of the dried laver currently measured and the weight of the dried laver measured in advance, wherein the control unit controls the supply amount of the base material laver in each of the multiple supply nozzles to compensate for an error between the calculated average weight and reference weight.
