PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic atomizer capable of slantingly blowing off a fine droplet atomized from a liquid level in the optional direction.SOLUTION: A recess 2 is further provided in a bottom part of a container 1, and an ultrasonic vibrator 3 is installed at the bottom of the recess part, and a washer-shaped member 4 having an opening part 5 in its center is arranged in a state of covering the recessed part, or the recess part is covered with a bottom plate of the container having the opening part so that the center of the recess part becomes an opening position, and a circular arc-shaped liquid guide plate 8 is also provided in this washer-shaped member or the opening part vicinity of the bottom plate of the container so as to surround the opening part, and a porous plate 11 for forming a fine through-hole in large numbers and arrangement means 9 for arranging this porous plate in a predetermined position, are provided, and an undersurface of the porous plate is arranged in a position for contacting with a liquid protrusion part 15 formed when an ultrasonic vibrator operates by this arrangement means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】液面から噴霧する微細な液滴を任意の方向に傾斜して吹き出すことができる超音波霧化装置を提供する。【解決手段】容器1の底部に更にくぼみ部2を設け、くぼみ部の底に超音波振動子3を設置し、くぼみ部を覆う状態でその中心に開口部5を有する座金状部材4を配置するか、又はくぼみ部の中心が開口した位置となるように開口部を有する容器の底板でくぼみ部を覆い、さらに、この座金状部材又は容器の底板の開口部近傍に開口部を取り囲むように円弧状液誘導板8を設けるとともに、微小な貫通孔が多数形成された多孔板11とこの多孔板を所定位置に配設するための配設手段9とを備え、この配設手段によって多孔板の下面を超音波振動子の作動時に形成される液隆起部15に接触する位置に配設する。【選択図】図1
