The device for releasing volatile substances comprises a container (1) which contains a solid substrate impregnated with volatile substances and a clamping element (2) and is characterized in that it also comprises at least two retaining arms (3) of the solid substrate. Said arms (3) extend substantially from the center of the container (1) and towards the larger exterior edge of the container (1). It allows the deformation of the solid substrate to be contained since the arms force said solid substrate to maintain the position thereof in contact with said arms.Linvention concerne un dispositif permettant la libération de substances volatiles comprenant un récipient (1) qui contient un substrat solide imprégné de substances volatiles et un élément de serrage (2) et est caractérisé en ce quil comprend également au moins deux bras de retenue (3) du substrat solide. Lesdits bras (3) sétendent sensiblement depuis le centre du récipient (1) et vers le plus grand bord extérieur du récipient (1). Ceci permet à la déformation du substrat solide dêtre contenue étant donné que les bras forcent ledit substrat solide à conserver sa position en contact avec lesdits bras.
