A mini-antibody encoded by a nucleotide sequence containing from the N-terminus to the C-terminus: a scFv sequence that can bind to a prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA), said scFv sequence contains a heavy chain variable domain (VH) linked to variable domain light chain (VL) linker sequence; artificial hinge region; and the sequence of human CH3 IgG. 2. The mini-antibody of claim 1, further comprising an N-terminal signal sequence that facilitates secretion of said mini-antibody when expressed in a cell. The mini-antibody of claim 1, wherein the scFv is located in a ba) VHVL orientation so that VH is located against the direction of transcription from VL; or b) VLVH orientation so that VL is located opposite the direction of transcription from VH.4. The mini-antibody according to claim 3, wherein the nucleotide sequence contains) SEQ ID No: 1 or SEQ ID No: 2; b) when expressed in a cell, the specified nucleotide sequence forms an amino acid sequence, and the specified amino acid sequence corresponds to SEQ ID No: 10 or SEQ ID No: 11; or c) when expressed in a cell, said nucleotide sequence forms an amino acid sequence, and wherein said amino acid sequence comprises: a heavy chain variable domain corresponding to a heavy chain variable domain in SEQ ID NO: 10 and a light chain variable domain corresponding to a light chain variable domain in SEQ ID no: 10; or the variable domain of the heavy chain corresponding to the variable domain of the heavy chain in SEQ ID No: 11 and the variable domain of the light chain corresponding to the variable domain of the light chain1.
