CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method of high quality and highly functional fruits comprises the following steps: fertilizing soil for cultivating in a vinyl greenhouse with fertilizer containing fish powder and fermented compost； watering the soil, and mulching the soil with a vinyl layer； planting seedings of the fruits having 2-3 leaves to the soil； stopping the water supply process for 15-50 days； and supplying a mineral composition to the seedlings when the leaves are withered. The mineral composition contains selenium nano particles, calcium hydroxide nano particles, and oxidized steel nano particles.본 발명은 고품질 · 고기능성 과채류의 재배방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 과채류의 당도, 경도, 색차, 질감(texture), 저장성 등의 품질 개선 뿐만 아니라, 단위 면적당 수확량의 증가 및 셀레늄(Se), 칼슘(Ca), 철(Fe) 등의 미네랄 함유량 증가를 위한 재배방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 고품질 · 고기능성 과채류의 재배방법은 (a) 비닐하우스 내의 재배 대상 토지에 완숙퇴비 및 어분을 포함하는 비료를 시비하는 단계； (b) 상기 시비된 토지의 심층까지 관수시키고, 비닐 멀칭하는 단계； (c) 상기 심층까지 관수된 토지에 본잎 2~3매의 과채류 묘를 14~16주/평의 재식주수로 정식하는 단계； 및 (d) 상기 정식된 상기 과채류 묘를 15~50일간 단수시키는 단계를 포함하는 과채류의 재배방법에 있어서, 단수시 잎이 시들 경우 셀레늄 나노입자, 수산화칼슘 나노입자 및 산화철 나노입자를 포함하는 미네랄 조성물을 관주 또는 엽면시비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
