PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus capable of suppressing acquisition accuracy reduction of movement information and image quality reduction of an acoustic property distribution even when an unnecessary reflection wave exists.SOLUTION: A subject information acquisition apparatus has: a plurality of conversion elements each transmitting an acoustic wave to a subject, and each receiving a reflection wave reflected inside the subject to convert it into a time-series reception signal and a processing part performing adaptive beam forming processing by use of the plurality of reception signals to acquire information inside the subject. At least a part of conversion elements of the plurality of conversion elements perform a plurality of times of acoustic wave transmission to a prescribed region inside the subject to output the reception signal based on the plurality of times of acoustic wave transmission a plurality of times, and the processing part performs integration processing of a plurality of correlation matrices obtained by use of the reception signals corresponding to the plurality of times in the adaptive beam forming processing.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】不要な反射波が存在する場合でも、移動情報の取得精度低下や音響特性分布の画質低下を抑制できる超音波診断装置を提供する。【解決手段】被検体情報取得装置は、被検体に音響波を送信し、被検体内で反射した反射波を受信して時系列の受信信号に夫々変換する複数の変換素子と、複数の前記受信信号を用いて適応型ビームフォーミング処理を行い被検体内の情報を取得する処理部と、を有し、複数の変換素子のうち少なくとも一部の変換素子は、被検体内の所定の領域に対して複数回の音響波送信を行うことにより、複数回の音響波送信の夫々に基づく受信信号を複数回分出力し、処理部は適応型ビームフォーミング処理において、複数回分の受信信号を用いて求められる複数の相関行列同士を積算処理する。【選択図】図1
