PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which can highly accurately acquire movement information of a measurement target even when there is an unnecessary reflection wave that may cause a measurement error in detection of a movement speed of the measurement target.SOLUTION: A subject information acquisition device comprises: a plurality of conversion elements 002 which transmit sound wave pulses to a subject to receive reflection waves that are reflected at a plurality of positions in the subject, and convert the respective reflection waves into time series of reception signals and a processing unit which acquires movement information of a target in the subject by using the plurality of reception signals output from the plurality of conversion elements.
