PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a fishhook in which stress is hardly concentrated on a root part of a barb, any trouble on a fishing line at a ring part is hardly caused and also rust is prevented from gathering.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a fishhook comprises a kneading process 20 of kneading metal power and binder to constitute a compound an injection molding process 30 of injecting the compound to a fishhook mold a defatting process 40 of removing the binder from the compound hardened in a fishhook shape and a sintering process of sintering the remaining metal powder.
