Für das erfindungsgemäße Herstellungsverfahren kommen vier Formen zum Einsatz. Eine, vom Masterpositiv des Fremdgebisses abgenommene Gießform aus Tiefziehfolie, zur Herstellung der Anpassform. In die Gießform werden das Spendermaster und eine, in der Gebissform feststellbare Kette aus Rollenkettenlaschen eingelegt und mit Silikon umgossen, der Gebissabdruck des Spenders wird durch die feststellbare Kette in die Form des Patientenkiefers gebracht, um dann das Patientenmasterpositiv durch Ausgießen z. B. mit MMA herzustellen, mit dem die Formen zur Herstellung der Patientenzahnreihe und die tiefgezogene Einsetzform angefertigt werden, mit denen die Zahnreihe mit der Silikonbasis im Mund eingepasst wird. Zu den Vorrichtungen gehören u.
