The present invention relates to a method for producing a fermented material for a nutrient solution, a fertilizer, or a fodder by fermenting soybean dipped water. In particular, the present invention relates to a method for producing fermented material which is fermented by inoculating effective microorganisms to soybean dipped water or a mixture containing soybean dipped water and a radish processed byproduct； a produced fermented material； and a plant growing nutrient solution composition, an organic fertilizer composition, and an animal fodder composition which include the fermented material. According to the present invention, a fermented material which is industrially very useful can be produced by using soybean dipped water and a radish processed byproduct which are wasted during a food processing process. When the fermented material according to the present invention is provided to a plant or an animal by being included in a nutrient solution, a fertilizer, or a fodder, various effects in supplying several sorts of nutrient components or blocking harmful microorganisms can be ensured. In particular, when the fermented material is provided as a nutrient solution or a fertilizer for growing a plant, the growth of a plant can be enhanced and plant quality can be improved. Ultimately, the method according to the present invention is greatly helpful in resolving environmental contamination problems caused by food processed byproducts, and can save byproduct processing costs, so food production costs can be remarkably reduced.
