PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hydrated chocolate for frozen confectionery comprising hydrated chocolate material which can be charged into ice cream distributed in a freezing temperature range so as to make an eater enjoy the rich flavor of fresh chocolate as it is.SOLUTION: The hydrated chocolate for frozen confectionery distributed in a freezing temperature range, comprising hydrated chocolate which is oil-in-water emulsified substance containing cacao solid, saccharide, ≥10 wt.% of cacao fat and/or SOS-type triglyceride (S: ≥16C saturated fatty acid, O: olein acid) in total, and 10-40 wt.% of water, is formulated with 5-20 wt.% of liquid oil and 0.1-0.5 wt.% of an emulsifier other than lecithin, and contains ≤0.1 wt.% of the lecithin.
