The present invention provides cannabinoid combinations comprising, as the only cannabinoids, cannabidiol (CBD), cannabidivarin (CBDV), and optionally Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol (Δ9-THC), or an enantiomer, diastereomer, or racemate thereof, wherein the CBD and CBDV are at a weight ratio of from about 10: 1 to about 20: 1, and the CBD and Δ9-THC, when present, are at a weight ratio of from about 20: 1 to about 30: 1； pharmaceutical and nutraceutical compositions comprising the cannabinoid combination； and methods for treating epilepsy or a disorder associated therewith, or for improving the efficacy of an anti-epileptic treatment, by administering said cannabinoid combinations.La présente invention concerne des combinaisons de cannabinoïdes comprenant, en tant que seuls cannabinoïdes, du cannabidiol (CBD), de la cannabidivarine (CBDV) et, éventuellement, du Δ9-tétrahydrocannabinol (Δ9-THC), ou un énantiomère, un diastéréoisomère ou un racémate de ceux-ci, le rapport pondéral entre le CBD et la CBDV étant de l'ordre d'environ 10/1 à environ 20/1, et le rapport pondéral entre le CBD et le Δ9-THC, lorsqu'il est présent, étant de l'ordre d'environ 20/1 à environ 30/1 ； des compositions pharmaceutiques et nutraceutiques comprenant la combinaison de cannabinoïdes ； et des méthodes de traitement de l'épilepsie ou d'un trouble associé à celle-ci, ou d'amélioration de l'efficacité d'un traitement anti-épileptique, grâce à l'administration desdites combinaisons de cannabinoïdes.
