PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protein-containing beverage for solving such problems that when producing a protein powder-containing beverage good for health, a beverage becomes unpalatable due to powdery smell peculiar to protein, owing to grains undissolved and remaining because powder does not completely dissolve.SOLUTION: This delicious and palatable beverage with no remaining powdery smell peculiar to protein is obtained by putting protein powder good for health into apple juice as a specialty product of the Aomori prefecture, stirring the product, and drinking after visually confirming that the protein powder completely dissolves.
