PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdery solid cosmetic which is easy-to-carry and excellent in portability and feel of use, does not give a sticky feeling when applied, includes an excellent antiperspirant effect, controls the smell of sebum and sweat, keeps the skin smooth and dry and makes the skin look beautiful by covering up the grime in the pores and the spots of the skin.
SOLUTION: The powdery solid cosmetic includes (A) an antiperspirant component, (B) a disinfectant component and (C) a powder. The cosmetic may include, as desired, at least (D) one kind selected from the group consisting of hydrocarbon oils, waxes, silicone oils and ester oils and (E) a refrigerant.
