The problem of the present invention is to control an amount corresponding to one drop of a pharmaceutical composition, which contains a dorzolamide and a salt thereof and a timolol and a salt thereof, and does not contain benzalkonium chloride. According to the present invention, a pharmaceutical composition, which contains a dorzolamide and a salt thereof and a timolol and a salt thereof and does not contain benzalkonium chloride, contains 0.001-5 % (w/v) of surfactant other than benzalkonium chloride, thereby controlling the amount corresponding to one drop of the pharmaceutical composition.
