Provided are an ultrasound probe which is manufactured by using graphene or graphite and a manufacturing method thereof. The ultrasound probe includes a matching layer, a transducer layer which is formed on the rear side of the matching layer, and a sound absorption layer which is formed on the rear side of the transducer layer.
