The present invention is related to a cosmetic composition for blocking ultraviolet. To be more detailed, the present invention is related to a cosmetic composition for blocking ultraviolet, which includes an oil-in-water type emulsion including an oil phase part dispersed in a water phase part, and the oil phase part includes: (a) two or more of inorganic ultraviolet blocking agents having an average particle diameter of 1 nm to 50 nm and (b) an inorganic ultraviolet blocking agent having an average particle diameter of 50 nm to 200 nm.
