The invention relates to a gluten-free functional product and to a process for preparing the same. According to the invention, the product comprises medicinal mineral water having a pH of 6.5, carbon dioxide 1606 mg/l, sodium 398.8 mg/l, potassium 11.37 mg/l, calcium 321.4 mg/l, magnesium 306.7 mg/l, silica 53.68 mg/l, ammonium ion 0.74 mg/l, soluble gluten-free fibers, fructose, fruit concentrates, natural flavors, succory, natural dye stuffs and acidifier. The claimed method consists in mixing the fructose with the gluten-free fibers, while stirring, adding the fruit concentrates and flavors, adjusting the pH, adding the dye stuffs, followed by pasteurization.Invenţia se referă la un produs funcţional aglutenic, şi la un procedeu pentru obţinerea acestuia. Produsul conform invenţiei este format din apă minerală medicinală, având unH de 6,5, dioxid de carbon 1606 mg/l, sodiu 398,8 mg/l, potasiu 11,37 mg/l, calciu 321,4 mg/l, magneziu 306,7mg/l, silice 53,68 mg/l, ion amoniu 0,74 mg/l, fibre solubile aglutenice, fructoză, concentrate de fructe, arome naturale, cicoare, coloranţi naturali şi acidifiant. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă din amestecarea fructozei cu fibrele aglutenice, sub agitare, adăugarea concentratelor de fructe şi a aromelor, ajustareaH-ului, adăugarea colorantului şi pasteurizare.
