The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating inflammatory diseases, containing a nitrogen monoxide-sensitive acrylamide-based polymer and, more specifically, to an acrylamide-based polymer which can prevent or treat inflammatory illnesses or diseases caused by the overexpression of nitrogen monoxide by comprising a polymer manufactured by using an acrylamide-based monomer and a cross-linking agent sensitive to nitrogen monoxide.본 발명은 일산화질소 감응성을 갖는 아크릴아마이드계 고분자를 포함하는 염증성 질환 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 아크릴아마이드계 모노머와 일산화질소에 감응하는 가교제를 이용하여 제조된 고분자를 포함함으로써, 일산화질소의 과발현에 의해 발병되는 염증성 질병 또는 질환을 예방 또는 치료가 가능한 아크릴아마이드계 고분자에 관한 것이다.
