The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing natural fullerene and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention provides a cosmetic composition containing natural fullerene extracted from shungite mineral. In addition, the present invention includes the steps of: preparing natural fullerene and mixing the natural fullerene with a cosmetic base, wherein the step of preparing the natural fullerene includes the steps of: a first step of pulverizing the shungite mineral containing carbons a second step of extracting and separating the carbons from the pulverized shungite mineral and a third step of thermal treating the separated carbons at 850-3000°C.
