The present invention relates to a three-dimensional (3D) character transfer ash box using a 3D printer and a method and a device for manufacturing the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a 3D character transfer ash box for forming the bust of a character three dimensionally on the outer surface of an ash box by using a 3D scanner and a 3D printer, and a method and a device for manufacturing the same.
