PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect data within a predetermined cardiac phase range of a heart periodically moving and further to reduce X-ray dosage to a mamma.SOLUTION: When X-ray radiation within an inhibiting angle range from an inhibiting starting angle &Thetas to an inhibiting finishing angle &Thetae in the rotational angle &theta of an X-ray tube 21 is inhibited with the rotational angle &theta of the X-ray tube 21 not within the inhibiting angle range and when the cardiac phase &Psi is a collecting starting cardiac phase &Psis, the collection of projection data using for reconstituting images is started to finish the collection of the projection data before the rotational angle &theta enters the inhibiting angle range.
