PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet device constantly and automatically covering a bowl surface with a new resin sheet.SOLUTION: Rollers 20 and 21 are rotated by driving a motor. Shafts of the rollers 20 and 21 are inclined, so that lug parts 19a are pulled laterally downward by the rotation of the rollers 20 and 21 to prevent the lug parts 19a from being detached from between the rollers 20 and 20 and the rollers 21 and 21. The rollers 20 and 21 are rotated in that manner, and when a lower end of a folded cylindrical sheet 19 comes lower than a heat sealer 22, both left/right surfaces of the cylindrical sheet 19 are fused by the heat sealer 22.
