PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an irradiation apparatus advantageous for applying light to an inner lateral surface of a blood vessel.SOLUTION: The irradiation apparatus for applying light to an inner lateral surface of a vessel, includes: an optical fiber for passing light and a plurality of optical members each having a spherical shape respectively.
