PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform vehicle control according to anxiety of a driver in switching of driving modes.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle system to be mounted on a vehicle is provided with: a vehicle control device 13 which controls switching of manual driving and automatic driving as driving modes of the vehicle； and a brain activity sensor 6 which can detect an activated part inside the brain of a driver of the vehicle, in which the vehicle control device determines whether or not a degree of anxiety of the driver exceeds a threshold by using a detection result of the brain activity sensor before the driving modes change, switches the driving modes when it is determined that the degree of anxiety of the driver does not exceed the threshold, and controls the vehicle so as to correspond to that the degree of anxiety of the driver is high when it is determined that the degree of anxiety of the driver exceeds the threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】運転モードの切り替わり時に、運転者の不安に応じた車両制御を行う。【解決手段】車両に搭載される車載システムが、車両の運転モードとして手動運転と自動運転の切り替えを制御する車両制御装置１３と、車両の運転者の脳内部の活性化した部位を検出可能な脳活動センサ６と、を備え、車両制御装置は、運転モードが切り替わる前に、脳活動センサの検出結果を用いて、運転者の不安度合いが閾値を超えているか否かを判定し、閾値を超えていないと判定した場合、運転モードを切り替え、閾値を超えていると判定した場合、運転者の不安度合いが高いことに対応するよう車両を制御する。【選択図】図１
