CONSTITUTION: An oriental medicinal material for treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy contains 10-14 weight parts of Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix, 10-14 weight parts of Spatholobi caulis, 30 weight parts of Astragali radix, 5-10 weight parts of Carthami flos, 5-10 weight parts of Persicae semen, 3-7 weight parts of Cnidii rhizoma, 2-6 weight parts of Ginseng radix, 8-12 weight parts of Rehmanniae radix preparat, 5-10 weight parts of Angelicae gigantis radix, 8-12 weight parts of Cibotii rhizoma, 8-12 weight parts of Epimedii Herba, 10-14 weight parts of Uncariae Ramulus et Uncus, 3-7 weight parts of Lumbricus, and 10-14 weight parts of Ostrae Concha. The composition further contains Paeoniae radix rubra, Puerariae radix, Albiziae cortex, and Chaenomelis fructus.본 발명은 목적은 황기 30 중량부에 대해, 단삼 10 내지 14 중량부； 계혈등 10 내지 14 중량부； 홍화 5 내지 10 중량부； 도인 5 내지 10 중량부； 천궁 3 내지 7 중량부； 인삼 2 내지 6 중량부； 숙지황 8 내지 12 중량부； 당귀 5 내지 10 중량부； 구척 8 내지 12 중량부； 음양곽 8 내지 12 중량부； 조구등 10 내지 14 중량부； 지룡 3 내지 7 중량부； 및 모려 10 내지 14 중량부；를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 당뇨병성 말초 신경병증 치료를 위한 한약재 조성물을 구현한바, 일반적인 진통제에 대한 내성과 잠재적 독성 발생과 같은 부작용이 없이, 당뇨병성 말초 신경병증을 완화 및 치료할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 후술하는 실험 데이터와 같이 충분한 병증 및 통증 감소 효과가 있으므로, 보다 효율적으로 당뇨병성 말초 신경병증을 완화 및 치료할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 양방 진료에 따른 진료비와 비교하여 상대적으로 저렴한 비용으로 치료가 가능하기 때문에 환자의 경제적 부담을 감소할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
