The present invention relates to a composition for sterilization and disinfection containing a natural antimicrobial material, and more specifically, to a composition for sterilization and disinfection, comprising at least one selected from the group consisting of a rosemary extract a mixture of glycerin monocaprylate (2, 3-dihydroxypropyl octanoate), glycerin monocaprate (2, 3-dihydroxypropyl decanoate) and glycerin monolaurate (2, 3-dihydroxypropyl dodecanoate) citric acid a green tea extract and epsilon-polylysine (ε-polylysine). The composition for sterilization and disinfection of the present invention can be safely used for food, food additives, dishes, cooking utensils, or the like by consisting of only material that is taken in by humankind for a long period of time and guarantees proved safety. In addition, the composition for sterilization and disinfection has excellent sterilizing and disinfecting power with a treatment of a short period of time, thereby being used as a sterilizing and disinfecting agent. Particularly, the composition of the present invention has excellent sterilizing and disinfecting power even at a low concentration and may have a strong synergy effect according to combinations of components.본 발명은 천연 항균소재를 함유하는 살균소독용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 로즈마리 추출물 글리세린 모노카프릴레이트(glycerin monocaprylate, 2,3-dihydroxypropyl octanoate), 글리세린 모노카프레이트(glycerin monocaprate, 2,3-dihydroxypropyl decanoate) 및 글리세린 모노라우레이트(glycerin monolaurate, 2,3-dihydroxypropyl dodecanoate)의 혼합물 구연산 녹차 추출물 및 엡실론-폴리리신(ε-polylysine)으로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 살균소독용 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 살균소독용 조성물은 인류가 오랜 기간 섭취하여 그 안전성이 증명된 소재만으로 이루어질 수 있어 식품이나 식품첨가제 또는 식기나 조리기구 등에도 안전하게 사용할 수 있으며, 짧은 시간의 처리로도 우수한 살균소독력을 나타내어 살균소독제로 이용될 수 있다. 특히 본 발명의 조성물은 낮은 농도에서도 우수한 살균소독력을 나타내며, 성분들의 조합에 따라 강한 시너지 효과를 나타낼 수 있다.
