The invention relates to a floating structure. The floating structure comprises a floating unit provided with ballast, and a draught adapting module arranged at a top part of the floating unit and including an upwardly extending wall surrounding a chamber. The upwardly extending wall is provided, at different height levels, with openings enabling a fluid exchange between the chamber and the exterior of the floating structure. The invention further relates to a method for adapting a draught level of a floating structure, a method of culturing marine organisms, and a use of a floating structure.L'invention concerne une structure flottante. La structure flottante comprend une unité flottante pourvue d'un ballast, et un module d'adaptation de tirant agencé au niveau d'une partie supérieure de l'unité de flottaison et comprenant une paroi étendue verticalement entourant une chambre.
