Ce but est atteint par une installation d'aquaculture de haute mer comportant une ou plusieurs cages (1) pour l'élevage de poissons et une structure (2) flottante ballastée et submersible. L'installation est caractérisé en ce qu'elle comporte un dispositif d'ancrage présentant une ligne d'ancrage (3) reliée d'un coté (6) à la structure (2) et permettant de l'autre coté d'être ancrée sur un point unique d'ancrage (4) dans l'environnement de l'installation, et la structure comprend une ou plusieurs quilles (5) contenant des ballasts réglables, ces quilles étant installées au bas de la structure (2).
